We used ESP Project Group for a relatively small home renovation. We wanted to remove a window and brick it up on the outside and frame, gyprock and plaster it from the inside. From the beginning of the quoting process to the end, as a group (ESP) were sensational. The project manager provided us which a schedule of which tradies would be working at the home on which days and times. Communication throughout was excellent. ESP completed some ceiling repairs in our apartment that required complex cornice moulding/replacement that other contractors put into the "too-hard-basket". They were professional and courteous from start to finish with excellent communication throughout. The final result was impeccable - I would definitely recommend.
