ESP did an absolute smasher of a job. Was no longer getting hot water on the property. Had plumbers quoting large sums of money for full replacements. Nathan and his crew came out had a look and found the issue to be a valve. Quick fix and I had hot water back up in less than an hour. For less than the cost. Provided me with heaps of information on my unit and my options. Would recommend them for anyone looking to get an honest quote and a proper job done.
I was introduced to Nathan (ESP Plumbing Solutions) about 5 years ago when I redid my bathroom. Suffice to say that I did not change plumber since! Why should I? I always get great service, prompt response, courteous & friendly dealings and a fair price. Nathan greatly assisted us with prompt quoting and service during a difficult time with an insurance claim. Within a couple of days, he was able to provide a quote and a roof report for us to send to our insurance company. The quote was accepted as a "fair" quote and the roof report validated our claims. Nathan and his team replaced our entire roof and we were delighted with the outcome - it looks great. Thank you so much for making the process easy and pleasant. Nathan was an absolute pleasure to deal with, from agreeing to what needed to be done to completing the job. Lowered the water meter and rerouted the garden tap - a beautiful job that should have been done by my builder’s plumber. Best of all he was reasonably priced and a local! I definitely will be using Nathan again and will recommend him to my friends.
