Called Saturday morning just before 11:00, spoke with answering service (?) who took my name, phone number, and detailed information on issue. I was assured that I would receive a call back 'very shortly' as my issue was somewhat problematic (backed up kitchen sink and standing water in dishwasher). I took that assurance of a call back very seriously and believed the woman who took my information. I am still waiting, a day later, but believe my issue was not worthy of a response.
