Their products (tiles).are Okay. However their (delivery) service is absolutely terrible. They dumped a huge pallet of bathroom tiles in the middle entrance of our driveway in such a way that our cars could neither drive in or drive out. When i raised the issue with them they mumbled something about outsourcing transport and washed their hands off. Caution - their transport division will state "kerbside delivery" which basically means they just dump it snd drive away. No amount of pleading or requesting helps.
Aftersales very poor. Been trying to get a replacement toilet seat for nearly 6 months as Duravit require you to go through the company you purchased their product from. Keep getting fobbed off when calling and then email me 5 months after to say I have to pay for the replacement as the warranty has expired, bearing in mind that the initial claim was put in before the warranty expired and Duravit confirmed that they would replace it under warranty. We bought our bathroom from ESP in 2022 and it was delivered in the December. The service we received up to and including delivery was fine and we had no problems. They weren’t the cheapest (shower was £100 more than online), but we bought with them because we felt assured that they were a well established business and if anything went wrong we had confidence that they would resolve any issues. Outstanding service from design to delivery! Ebrahim was amazing in helping us with the perfect design choices and made sure we got great value on pricing. His attention to detail and dedication were truly impressive. Nicola and Tahir went above and beyond with the delivery, ensuring everything arrived perfectly and on time. Their aftercare support was exceptional. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Excellent staff, Tahir showed us a number of tiles. He was extremely polite and took his time. We decided on the tiles. They were delivered on time. Overhaul very happy with the service. Thank you!
