Purchased a pair of gorgeous Broome pearl earrings from here for my wedding. The lady who helped us was incredibly friendly and knowledgable and gave us plenty of advice to decide which pair to purchase. I can’t wait to wear them on my wedding day.
We visited Esola on the weekend for some assistance with our weddings bands. They provided exemplary customer service- hugely helpful and knowledgeable - a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
After my second visit of being reminded it was close to closing time, I asked to view some earrings I wanted to purchase to be taken out of the cabinet. Once again I was reminded that it was close to closing time again. I assured the sales person I would be quick and would not take to much of her time. The sales person lack customer service detail. I won’t waste my time shopping here again. Lovely products to worried about closing on time and making a sale and gaining a customer.
