I highly recommend ESO as I was able to get everything I needed for the renovation of my home, in one place (6 bathrooms and the kitchen). Deborah is really helpful and knowledgeable, she sorted out our needs and offered wonderful recommendations to stay within our budget but keep things looking top notch. Dishonest - buyer beware! I used ESO for a complete master bath and kitchen reno and recently inquired / purchased a new soap dispenser. The salesperson failed to tell me that what I purchased was a different brand than what I asked for. I reached out to the manager who appeared sympathetic by phone and promised she would follow up with me but almost 2 weeks later and nothing. Apparently, it was just lip service!
