We found ourselves with all three of our pendant lights in our kitchen not working. Based on the excellent ratings of ESN, we called them. The owner, Chris, answered and was able to set up a service appointment within a couple business days. Two electricians, Doug and Ian, arrived and literally ‘saved the day’.
