We had an amazing night at Esmys, she really took care of us throughout the whole event. She always was attentive.
I had a very disappointing experience at this venue. The service was horrible, the food was served cold, and the portions were unacceptable, with more onions than meat. For the amount of money they charge, I expected much better quality and service. On top of that, it seemed like there was an extra fee for absolutely everything. What made the experience even more frustrating was that they sold their own alcohol, Cokes, and water, yet still seemed to find ways to charge customers extra.
