Aside from my niece looking beautiful and the hall was set up nicely the service was HORRIBLE, from no free refill on waters , small fatty brisket, and just not being there . We had to tip to get any good service before the event even started . There was nothing on snack cart witjinh 30 min . Of opening it . Over all it looked nice but not being able to sit in certain tables or u would have to get disposable plates . This was ridiculous.
Stop-Don’t do it!!! Horrible experience at Esmy’s Events this past weekend. Although the hall is beautiful it doesn’t make up for the lack of professionalism or lack of customer service skills. After reading other reviews I now see that this wasn’t an isolated event and after reading the owner Esmy’s responses I can see she hadn’t learned from her previous mistakes.
