I got a really bad haircut from another salon a month ago (lopsided, choppy, and chunks taken out everywhere)! I went in today to get it fixed, and Esmeralda was able to even it out and blend it so that I can finally wear my hair down for the first time in a month without a bunch of Bobby pins or a hat to hide it!! She was very honest and clear about what she was doing and checked in with me frequently throughout the haircut. She’s a sweet lady to talk to and very professional! I recommend her!
