I repeat a thousand times do not go with this doctor. With the total disrespect for her patient, I would never send my worst enemy here. During the visit she rolled her eyes and had no kind words to say. She signed an oath to her patients, She definitely missed the mark. Her patient had a real issues and didn't want to address what was going on and instead spent the time asking about the past that had nothing to do with the real issue and stated to cancel the appointment. It's been a few months since I've left this office, but I'm still annoyed beyond belief. The office knew of my meds coming in and never mentioned any issue with it. Not only did Esmeralda cut me off clonazepam cold turkey (insanely unsafe, by the way) - she cut me off my SSRI without warning. When I contacted the office to schedule an in-person meet to refill my SSRI, I was told it would be 6+ weeks. I asked what to do about my SSRI in the meantime. Esmeralda Young is by far the best pcp I've ever had. She listened to my concerns and never made me feel like a burden. Truly a great individual that wants to guide people to be the healthiest versions of themselves! Her assistant, Sabine, was also extremely kind and quick!
