Our furnace blew during the first cold week this past January. In our no heat situation, we quickly got three quotes- eSmart was HALF the price that other companies were estimating, and for a higher-quality furnace no less! Installation was quick and seamless the next day. As new homeowners, we were incredibly grateful to work with folks who did not take advantage of us in our sticky situation. Very ethical practices that I continue to recommend to friends and family- I'd give 6 stars if I could!

The water mixing valve of my hot water tank needs to be replaced. Mr Hou did excellent job. Before his visit, I called two other plumbers and none of them was able to repair. Also, the quote from others is ridiculously higher than what was charged by eSmart. I am extremely happy with eSmart’s fast and fantastic service. This is second time that I seek help from eSmart and I strongly recommend.
Our buildings furnace stopped working the other day and it was COLD! We called these guys and the response was very fast. Mr. Hou figured out the problem right away that (a circuit board was burned). He ordered and replaced the board next day and we got our heat back! And the price he charged was very reasonable! One of the best HVAC guys in Ottawa, definitely recommended!
