Dynamic, Complete and fun Bootcamp! It has changed my life (2022) Hello! I’m back again! It’s been 3 years since I joined this awesome bootcamp community. Not only I lost weight, I also gained muscle. Thanks to her routines and recommendations I feel stronger and with inner power. I get to enjoy skiing (no more pain) hiking and running. I’m getting ready to age stronger! So I can enjoy more of this life. Esmarfitness has helped me to LOVE and understand my body. Thank you🩷
