Not a good behaviour with employees. Work very unprofessionally. Not paid well . Communication with employees like they hire servants .

I worked for Esmar for many years and it was an amazing experience. I learned a lot from working with Marilyn. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy and that is what being a successful business owner is all about. Nothing but respect and admiration for her and her agency. If I didn't have to relocate I would still be working there.
