Trust? I'm deeply saddened by what I recently experienced. I've had my Mazda serviced at Eslers in the past so I thought I could trust them, and they'd be honest, I thought wrong. I had my car towed in to have them replace the water pump. I was told the entire frame was rusted and unsafe to drive....but, they have a buyer who would probably give me something for it. I was stuck. I told them to have their buyer contact me. He did. He now has a drive able car, for $300, what he bought it from me for, and the only issue WAS the... read more

I'm using Esler's from now on – I went to Esler's Automotive for the first time a year and a half ago to have a hub pressed out of a Honda steering knuckle. The mechanic there did it in like 5 minutes and didn't even charge me even though i offered to pay. Last week my truck broke down. I had it towed to Esler's and they fixed it promptly. They always called me to report how much the total bill was before they continued work. Friendly and Honest Service – As a young woman it is difficult to find an auto repair shop I feel comfortable with. Esler's has been great all around. Their prices are competitive but more importantly they are very honest and will not sell you a service you don't really need. They are very accommodating and will always try to fit you into their schedule last minute. The shop even gave me a ride back to my home after I dropped off my vehicle. This is by far the best Auto Repair shop I have been to.
