Kerel is the guy. Not only was he super helpful getting my account set up after being inactive for years, he also can help answer any questions you may have. You need to get your banking on track, give him a call or stop in.
I like the bank. If you ask questions, they will answer them. If they don't know the answer, they find someone who can.
Won't do a transfer over the phone when you call in branch, when they did it for months prior. But said you can call the 336 number and wait on hold for 20+ mins doesn't make business banking easy and dont wanna accommodate.
