Horrible customer service representative hardly ever get an answer if you don't wait at least an hour on the phone waiting for a representative you won't have your situation taken and I have a very important situation that needs to be addressed
Please if you can don't go to them for a loan on a car these people are so dumb they all give wrong and different information I wish I can change my loan bank
