Horrible customer service representative hardly ever get an answer if you don't wait at least an hour on the phone waiting for a representative you won't have your situation taken and I have a very important situation that needs to be addressed 03/24/2026 and the phone service is still horrible I tried calling several times at different times of the day and things definitely haven't changed

Walked in to the ESL it was a friday mother was talkking to a rep in one of the office when I have in I thought this place was a romper room for kids to run and play instead of a bank told the teller they dont seen to care . so I am thinking of leaving ESL to Summit bank sometime later next year. I not gonna get killed because these kids are running around in a bank and no one said a dam word about it.
