Ordered some belts online and wanted to pick them up instead of having to wait for shipping. Nope cant pick them up, they have to be shipped if they were ordered online.
Meh. Hopefully parts are good, but they definitely don’t care to keep long term customers or get more business for service. Kevin just made it difficult to work within Eskridge to get everything done to our car we wanted. We’re just following their “process” for parts and using someone else for service.
Kevin was the best! Went out of his way to help me on a wheel lock key situation. He came outside, tried several keys on my car, found me the right one, and had me out FAST! The typical “dealer dread” is nowhere to be found here in the parts department! Friendly, personable, and caring!
