Vehicle was damaged in hail storm, 3 hail dents in my hood and at least 2 on roof. Staff was very friendly and handled everything professionally. However, failed to mention my truck would not be brought in during hail storm.
I had the best vehicle related customer service experience I’ve ever had at Eskridge Chevrolet, the staff was helpful, got me into their shop on a short notice and offered fair prices. If I am in Guthrie again and need work done I will definitely go back. I highly recommend this shop
My 13 Chevy Equinox radio was vin-locked, i called the Eskridge Chevy Guthrie Service Department the associate male-told me to bring it in they would unlock it FREE! using a "Genie" takes 30 sec. When I pulled in their small shop they gave me $1,600 estimate, told me I would need to replace the display also? I told them you guys lied to me. The manager for some reason thought i was being dishonest. He said; I can pull up your call recording. I said great! I was right. He would fix it for Free!
