Staff was nice but they do NOT take insurance, which they could’ve told me over the phone instead of me driving an hour. I told them my PCM referred me to them and that I’m using Tricare and they said nothing over the phone. When I got to the consultation the staff was very nice and checked me in. Right before the consultation the nurse said we don’t take insurance but we can do the consultation so i have a price to keep in my “back pocket” because it’s hard to find a plastic surgeon that takes insurance… that rubbed me the ... read more
I have had the best experience, Dr. Eskra is incredibly knowledgeable and his team is absolutely amazing. I fully recommend them for any treatments they offer!
I want to start by saying - I would recommend Eskra Plastic Surgery without reservation or hesitation. Dr. Eskra and his entire team are, unquestionably, amazing. I won't say they arent nice, but dropping someone because of insurance, which was clearly an issue they were aware of BEFORE they treated me and AFTER a failed reconstruction due to necrosis is just horrible... especially when I kept telling them there was something wrong...it took puss literally pouring out of my chest for them to decide take the expanders out! Took them out and proceeded to tell me at the follow up that they would recommend a new surgeon...which they did....one he had literally just met. If I could give 0 ... read more
