I absolutely adore Sam, who usually serves me when I go. I had some questions surrounding some pending charges and tried calling, but the phone went straight to voicemail. The next time I went there, Sam answered all of my questions and got right to the bottom of the issue in a quick, courteous, and respectful manner. They treat every customer like family, and make sure you are taken care of. They do good business which I totally respect.
I also experienced the tip discrepancy....I brought my concerns to the managers (Sam) attention and said that they had experienced major internet disruption and with my proof of the discrepancy, he happily took care of the issue. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I've had nothing but positive experiences at this location and I am looking forward to my next visit!
