Sold with a high end price tag, But low end quality. Way to go Eskimo. The wall brackets are a poor design so the product sits minimum 10mm off the wall creating a hideous shadowline detail. The unit itself is tinny due to the poor mounting system. Aesthetically it looks great on their website and marketing material but don’t be fooled. Their team provide brilliant service, and it’s no surprise that so many customers come back for another unit for a new home or second bathroom. I love my Eskimo Heat towel rail! I installed mine a couple of years ago now and it still looks great and heats my towels consistently. I had a plug added to the power code rather than having it permanently hard wired in, and that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I'm in the process of renovating another house and bathroom and have ordered another eskimo heated towel rail for the new house! Definitely recommend!
Just fabulous! I live in an apartment so wall space is limited, the Eskimo is excellent and looks very designer. Have shown many friends and the service when my electrian hadn’t seen one before was exceptional. Would definitely recommend to family and friends - sexy smart and smooth!
It's in the tough moments that customer experiences can either be terrible or terrific. I can't tell you how much our moment with Eskimo Heat has been nothing short of spectacular. We love the two towel warmers we purchased from them. Stylish and functional. One, after 18 months, unfortunately stopped working.
