They do not honor there warranty I would not recommend this jewelery store do to there lack of customer service. I bought my wifes wedding band set here 8 yrs ago. 2 years ago a stone fell out and she took it in and they would not warranty the repair and made us pay. A year later the same stone fell out and again they would not warranty there repair from before and again we had to pay to replace the stone. Only Place Eskews is the only place I'll go to buy jewelry. They are friendly, helpful and make sure I'm happy with my purchase. They've also specialty made a piece for me when they didn't carry what I had in mind. I've trusted them for my engagement ring, wedding bands, wedding jewelry, watch and more.
Great, Prompt service at a reasonable price I took my wedding ring in to be sized down. They were very friendly and helpful in al of the questions I had. PLUS, it was only 3 days and I had my ring back. Wonderful job!!
First signs of Spring! I love Eskew's for many reasons. The staff is very friendly and the customer service is great. I have made a couple of purchases there as well as jewelry repair. They are so nice when I just stop by and ask to have my rings cleaned even if I don't need anything. What really prompted me to share my experience was from my visit there this past weekend.
