This place absolutely SUCKS they do not listen to you and will try to enter your room and will let your pets escape and offer no aid whatsoever. Lost a pet forever because of bad staff. I do not recommend this place.
I called last week to see where I was on the list and the person I spoke to was very helpful and very courteous. Refreshing to know that there are still kind and helpful people in this world.

I called this place for an application, and the lady was very rude. I didn't even get a chance to request one before she hung up on me. I explained that I was disabled, and she didn't seem to care to answer any questions.
