I found it very difficult to reach the provider office, as the only way to communicate with them is through fax or email. It took me almost 2 weeks into opening my pharmacy to get my provider number. I would like to thank one of their employees named Chayanika. She was very helpful to resolve the issues I was having with my online access to the portal. Five stars for her !!
