I had a very disappointing experience with this shipper. I waited the entire day just to get a door, and still nothing was assigned. On top of that, the staff—especially the lady at the front—was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was no communication, no respect for drivers’ time, and no effort to resolve the situation. Completely unprofessional. I would not recommend coming here if you value your time and basic courtesy.

Absolutely the worst shipper I’ve ever dealt with. I wasted my entire day sitting there waiting for a door, and they still couldn’t get their act together. Zero organization, zero respect for drivers’ time. To make it worse, the lady inside was extremely rude and acted like she was doing me a favor just by speaking. Completely unprofessional attitude and terrible service all around. Places like this are exactly why drivers hate coming here. Avoid this shipper at all costs unless you want your whole day ruined.

This company is one of the worst I've dealt with in the logistics industry. Watch your invoicing, they will rob you with layers and layers of fees. They charge 42% interest just to pay import fees and then you have 15 days to turn around and pay it before they slap you with late fees. They operate like a pay-day loan office.
