Came right at appointment time! They gave me a door. But didn’t do anything until an hour later, I was thinking forklift driver died on the way to door, no he didn’t. Wake up later start moving, but slow as hell. Lazy unloading process! Overnight parking available, door 28 to check in, restroom inside. Lady in the office nice.

Two stars is for the Broker who put it on the confirmation sheet as a 9:30 appointment, Arrived at 8:00 and the office lady says it was for 7:30 to 8… so while standing there.. it was 8:15 when she says all this, my advice is to call ahead and be sure to verify the appointment time. Being they suggest I am late and consider me a work in.. I feel that maybe there should be better service, even after seeing what the lying Broker said/printed.. I know the office ladies are great and everything, but this is ridiculous!!!
