Eshipping is an average at best booking service. They provide a TMS that shows various rate quotes and are partially owned by SEFL. Overall their customer service is garbage. No matter the volume you do with them, they will charge for $75 to just submit a claim to any of the freight trucking companies. They dont push back on any trucking company surcharges and protect the client at all. Additionally they do not have any means of a payment processing system online.
