I’ve taken several cars to Heath Eshelman over the years, mostly for brake work. He has always called prior to doing more expensive repair, new rotors, and gotten approval. He’s a quiet person so I would not consider it poor customer service at all. Turn around time is good and he works with you on scheduling. Prices are below area quotes

My daughter’s car started having issues. Check engine light was flashing and was losing power along with a squealing noise. I had taken it to another shop months before for just the squealing noise.
