Customer Service The lady that answers the phone had to be the queen of being rude. Called several times just to see the statues of my mower. Was told that it would only take a week, we are going into the 3rd week as of now. She will not listen to your questions. States she will call by the end of the day, bu tin fact does not. The young men picking up and dropping off you mover are very nice and kind, but the lady that answers is something else.
