I have been trying to get ahold of my representative for over a year now or anyone at the company about my case and have not heard back from anyone. It has been extremely frustrating as my case was transferred over to this firm when my original lawyer fell ill. I'm hoping I could settle my case asap. It shouldn't be this difficult to speak to someone. I'm extremely disappointed. I've reached out via email several times and have left several voicemails, being nothing but nice each time.
They were chasing me to take my accident file. After 3 months I had to keep calling them to get an update and there was still no progress. Poor customer service. Johanna does not answer her phone at all. Not recommended.
