We were happy with our shed that Steve sold us but the basic pad was a disappointment. It does not look like any of the pictures in their booklet. I would recommend that if you get the basic pad, you make sure you understand what you are getting and how it will look on your property. They compacted the top stones but just piled stones around the shed leaving loose stones in the yard and around the shed. They offered to fix it for additional money up to $1500. I had a great experience purchasing a shed from Esh's. The entire process was smooth and I was kept in the know concerning the progress of my shed. I had Esh's put in the gravel base and they did an excellent job. When the shed arrived, the driver did a great job backing the shed into place with no issues. This was on a narrow street with vehicles parked on either side. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them for anyone in the market for a new shed!
Incredibly quick service! Sales people were knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in describing shed features and leading us to one that met our needs. We were quoted 6 weeks for delivery, which was met. Foundation prep was incredibly fast. Shed install was equally quick and impressive with a one-man crew. They had to navigate tight corners and a slight incline and did so with ease and without damaging neighbor's tree branches.
