It's nice to know that in times of uncertainty (whatever it may be) that you can still try and find something worth continuing for ! I was blessed to be partnered with Lizette and what a breath of fresh air she was, I had a pleasant experience being able to open up and not feel judged! Any question I had, was addressed, and answered, which created more opportunities for me too explore ! Sheesh this went down hill after seeing comments I used to go here 7 years ago guess I won't be calling for help. Anyone any good places.?
Do not go here! I was recommended here by Altamed and have had nothing but therapist who do not respond, call out, do not answer texts saying I need help, psychiatrist who switch every couple of months and do not refill my prescriptions on time, along with seeing my therapist (if I’m lucky) once a month for 30 minute phone calls! This facility is a MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC- and it should feel distracted to call itself that. Because I have yet to receive the basic aid I deserve
The intake guy had a thick accent and spoke too quickly I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. He gave me an 877 area code number to make an appointment. I kid you not, the recording said 'press 1 to receive a $100 reward!' I talked to the lady she said they mail out rewards. Why did he give me a scam number? Either he doesn't know the number or he's part of the scam. This office is a joke!
