He was incredibly skilled at identifying areas of tension and worked with just the right amount of pressure to release tight muscles without causing discomfort. I could feel a noticeable improvement in my mobility and a reduction in soreness after just one session. Highly recommend!
I would like to thank Dr. Tim for doing such an amazing job in helping me rehabilitate my right achilles tendon. Sometimes personal trainers need care too. Dr. Tim is my go-to whenever I’m feeling like a “broken Barbie”. Most recently, I was experiencing acute low back and hip pain that was affecting my sleep and my overall movement. After my session, I immediately felt relief but what made me happiest was getting the best night of sleep that I’ve had in a loooooonnnngggg time.
