Dr Eguae has been my PCP for years. I am a nurse myself for over 32 years, but I feel like a regular patient with Dr Eguae. SHE LISTENS….. she’s genuinely concerned about me as a patient. I feel very confident that my concerns are going to be addressed! Her staff is amazing as well!
Unfortunately, every experience I have had with Dr. Eguae has been negative. She is not kind to me or caring. She only pushes pills. She has never, ever gave me any suggestions on what I can do on my own to improve my health, not one time. It appears that she has high absenteeism. I can rarely get in to see her on the regular. She takes her time to understand the patients concern.
Most staff are professional and have a positive attitude. It’s 10AM and two particular ladies have the most bland tone when speaking to patients. You may not like your job or be having a bad day, but you can’t project that onto others, especially in a work environment. Professionalism when speaking to patients is something to be worked on in this particular office.
