Such a welcoming staff and loved that you get to use the spa amenities, hotel pool and beach access with your spa day! Super hot steam room and refreshing cold plunge! But my absolute favorite part was my massage with Luis. He’s been doing massage therapy for decades and it shows! His love for people and massage is felt while you are on his table. The masseuse was awesome! When you get to the spa, the process of actually getting to the locker room takes too long. They should send you all the paperwork by email and not require you to fill it out before a relaxing day. The facilities are nice - one of a few spas with a cold plunge. The restaurant is very disorganized but the food is great.
In this place they hurt the neck of my son who is an artist, and instead of apologizing they said that he could not return, the level of professionalism and education disgusts me, when you are paying for a service. ! That they treat a person like that because they see her young is demeaning!!!! I was filled with bad energy and they made me waste my time, they hurt my son and treated him very badly... the worst of the worst
It is very amazing place. I love spa treatments especially body wraps. While massages I get often, body wraps are vacations treats- they require time and relaxation. That one spa is best in Miami- I had tried Faena and Ritz and few others. Luis , very experienced massage therapist, and beautiful Liz, who did my body treatment- thank you.
