Fraud alert I was promised for the camera which I never got first couple of months made some excuses and after that started transfer my call to a person who said you have to pay extra for the camera its not free. Turns out Stacy worked with the security company that I had before got customers information from there and calling them to get new system with false promises that sounds good and after you sign the contract don't answer the phone or forward to someone who never answered your phone Stay away from these people
FRAUD!!! Run if they come knocking. I was solicited by this company to resign a 3 years contract by Stacy Freedman. I was promised Cameras which have not worked properly since installation. I stayed home on 2 different dates waiting for a service technician who never showed up. By the time i felt the SCAM, it was COVID and i could do nothing about this. I have begun to follow up and learned that the New Company that signed me was actually the old company that was monitoring my service - UNDER A NEW NAME!!! Wow! Alarm compani... read more
