Very satisfied with care received by Dr Ese Otah
Absolutely ridiculous experience with this office. NO ONE aside from Dr Otah knows how to do their job. Billing IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS. They use a "3rd party" to bill, employees are RUDE, no statements provided, was billed multiple times for a "self pay" visit when I very clearly have insurance and the employee proceeds to ARGUE with me after I spoke with the Billing department SHE told me to call. They are billing my entire account incorrectly and won't admit fault even after I've received a separate refund from HCA. Will be ... read more
She took care of my mom and paid attention to every details as regards her hernia procedure. God bless you doctor Ese Otah. I recommend her to anyone attempting to go for surgery .
