SO RUDE! and not to mention Unhelpful! Joe needs to go! and ESD did not get the sale! Multiple phone calls unreturned .when he finally did his sarcastic defenses of not returning my calls got verbally aggressive. and short on patience of my minimal product knowledge. When I was questioning the process, employee Joe HUNG UP ON ME! again, no company needs an employee who treats business like Joe does.
I've used ESD products for over 27 years. Built to last!
Amazing customer service! I broke the key into the lockbox and have multiple machines with the same key but only had ONE key.. 🫣 I called them and Joe was very helpful with my little/big issue. Thanks so much for all your help! 🙏🏻
