I had Chris and his heat guy(I call him AC John) out last June to install new heat and ac. They had the installation done in a fast amount of time at a reasonable price. Fast forward 9 months and the "new" furnace decided to not work. Brrr! Chris (after talking with AC John) said he believed he knew what the problem was and would have the new part friday(2 days)and could take care of it. 3 or 4 hours later he was knocking on my door with it! 30 minutes after that, AC John shows up! The service was great! The amount of respect Chis and his partner showed not only towards me but also my home was phenomenal. The constant communication and updates were top tier and so appreciated! Would highly recommend using them in the future!
This a top-drawer company. They are so professional yet have a great and playful sense of humor, but most importantly, their work is excellent! They have been to my house twice now to install an access panel to my bathroom and to replace a wall in my laundry room. They have done an AMAZING job both times. Chris is super friendly will give you advice on whatever you need and even things he isn’t there to fix! They do a great job on cleaning up after themselves and overall we are just really impressed with this company!
