Very poor management, old and new. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. When we first moved in, the dishwasher was leaking when used so we called for someone to come take a look and no one ever answered. Left multiple voicemails. Later sent an email about the issue as well which was met with no response. We ended up paying a repair tech to come out. The empty lots are not mowed regularly and the grass is up to my waist! RUN, RUN, as far away from here as you can!!! I would leave no stars if I could! Where do I start.. We have had 5 park "managers" in the 2 years we lived there! No communication whatsoever!! They don't answer the phone when you call, even if you leave a voicemail. They don't even answer the emails!! Turn the water off without warning. Last time, we had the major cold snap pipes burst on trailers that had no skirting. We were with barely any water pressure for 3 days!! Then they completely turned us off!
