The springs broke on our garage door. We called Escondido Overhead Garage Doors after hours, but the call still got through and Masood gave us the estimate after seeing the picture of the broken springs. They came to fix it in the afternoon the day after the call. I really appreciate their prompt response and the right-on estimate of the cost. Good job!

Masood came and replaced torsion springs on my 20yr old secional door. Knows the industry methods very well. Appreciate the honest advice and quality installation. Wife and I are very happy with their caring attitude and very fair pricing. Highly Recommend.
My old garage door spring snapped in half, and the garage was completely out of commission. Masood came right out for a free diagnosis and explain how they would fix it. They had all the parts in stock, so his crew came out the very next day to install two new springs and a bar with a bracket. They're not looking out for their customers and ripped off every chance they have. They installed our garage in 2021, and on 1/30/24, a sensor error happened. They came out and tilted the sensor up and charged me $125. They could just told me over the phone to check the sensor alignment before sending someone out. They will use every opportunity to charge their customers. It isn't right to charge your customer $125 for 10 secs of labor. Please call around for quote first and don't use EOGD.
