Escondido German Auto is hands down the best place to service your German vehicle. I’ve had an excellent experience every time I’ve brought my car in. The team is knowledgeable, honest, and truly understands German engineering. Whether you drive a BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, or Volkswagen, you can trust that your vehicle is in expert hands. Their attention to detail, quality workmanship, and customer service are second to none. In my experience, the service here is even better than the dealership. They take the time... read more
My first experience here with my 2019 Porsche Macan. They are extremely professional & detailed in working on my Porsche. With all the latest diagnostic testing equipment I received a complete report on all aspects of the auto including photos. Austin & staff are super wonderful to deal with. I will definitely bring our other autos for service here. They also wash your car before leaving. So happy to be here.
Absolutely wonderful place to get your car serviced! I won’t sugarcoat it—the prices are pretty steep, but Escondido German Auto makes sure you get your money’s worth. I’ve gone to EGA twice for Service A and B on my C300, and both times the mechanics performed efficient, quality service! The desk workers are friendly and transparent with pricing and timing, and take the time to explain the services thoroughly (they know their stuff!). My services came with a complementary, in-depth inspection of my vehicle with details and ... read more
First time customer, made appointment over the phone, Erica was very polite. Brought in my BMW X3 for P0597 fix. Service was great, friendly staff. I got free ride back to home when left the car there for fix!
We take both our Audi A3 and BMW X1 here. We highly recommend coming here! Erica is THE BEST. She always helps get our cars in and out quickly, and is always prompt to keep us updated while our cars are in the shop. They're never pushy on which repairs to make, and always recommend within reason. We always feel very comfortable taking our cars here.
