Took an HOUR AND A HALF after my appointment time to be seen. I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The provider, Safa Yaqobi, saw me for a few minutes and referred me to dermatology (I knew that’s all I needed, hate HMOs). But she referred me to a provider who doesn’t accept my insurance. I did the feedback survey and requested a call back. That was April 30th. Today is May 18th. The staff was friendly, that’s why it’s not one star.
The reception is not ok if you come two min late because of traffic she is telling you I don’t care you are late my kids was need to see the doctor but she rejected my appointment the doctor are great just the front desk is not good
With the recent things that have come to light about the way this clinic practices treats, their staff only thinks about patients as another number very disappointing. Do better
Very friendly team up front ,great service I provider dr.Jatinder was very caring and polite. I would recommend this place for good service.
