Not sure why there are so many single star reviews regarding pets. This rule is in the condo docs. Do your due diligence before buying a property. This property is well run and well maintained. Not perfect, but a solid community with reasonable fees.

I moved two years ago to these condos. I love it ! the surroundings are beautiful! No pets! I am so glad, because I love to walk around the area and I am not afraid to see any dogs as I did in my last apartment. The people here are very friendly all around. I feel privileged to live in Escondido, I hope I have a long time ownership at this place.
