Other than being a little expensive just because its in Orlando. At least the pool was clean and available yet one has been closed off for months and nothing wrong with it. The parking is a little tight for visitors. The apartments are not too bad because at least they all have balcony. $1700 for a small place is not worth it but so is Florida.
Great! no pets rule, there should be more places like this one, for those who want to live without dogs ...not all places should allow pets. As people are not considerate with those that do not have or like pets.
Purchased here 2 yrs ago location is perfect for walking, food and entertainment active 55 plus with updated property.and beautiful landscape views
