I brought my van in to Escondido Auto Pros (which is veteran owned by the way) for new brakes the other day and was really impressed with the detailed inspection report (with pictures) that they emailed me. The report outlined what repairs were critical, what could wait and what was in good shape. Their prices are very reasonable so i decided to have a couple of other repairs done while I was there. I just got back from Cal's Auto and I was so impressed with the service and pricing I decided not to use my 10% off coupon out of respect. I was told by AAA specialist that my battery and charging system were faulty and after Cal looked it over with testing and evaluation he found that not to be the case. He informed me my battery (6 years old) was beyond dead but my alternator and regulator (the charging system) were testing just fine.
