I haved lived here 5+ years, through a slew of owners/managers. The current owners have made lots of improvements. Shelly is the best manager we have had. She is not only friendly but extremely helpful & makes it much more pleasant to live here.

We moved my mom to Vida Apartments in Escondido after a frustrating experience with poor management at her previous complex. From the moment we met the staff at Vida, it was a breath of fresh air. Shelly, in particular, has been absolutely amazing. She is always friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to address any concerns we have. I was in a big hurry to move, and the manager Shelly scrambled with me every step of the way. I appreciated her sense of urgency and attention to detail in what was definitely a rushed process. I am happy with my new place, and was well-situated for laundry and parking. I also had one minor external issue with a noise from infrastructure, and it was addressed promptly and efficiently. There are plenty of smaller dogs here and I enjoy meeting them when I do. No complaints so far about life at Vida.
