We moved my mom to Vida Apartments in Escondido after a frustrating experience with poor management at her previous complex. From the moment we met the staff at Vida, it was a breath of fresh air. When Rosschelle “Shelley” Johnson Took over basically running the Vida apartments everything changed. She works tirelessly way many hours past closing. I’ve been there at 8 o’clock and she’s been there at 8 PM many times she’s quick to act immediately on anything that’s needed and is always been very friendly to me. I was in a big hurry to move, and the manager Shelly scrambled with me every step of the way. I appreciated her sense of urgency and attention to detail in what was definitely a rushed process. I am happy with my new place, and was well-situated for laundry and parking. I also had one minor external issue with a noise from infrastructure, and it was addressed promptly and efficiently. There are plenty of smaller dogs here and I enjoy meeting them when I do. No complaints so far about life at Vida.

Vida is a senior trap. First, keep in mind, many of the positive reviews are fake. They are from people who have never lived here and, in fact, live in other states. They are friends/staff of FPI management and placed here to bolster a new property manager's failures. We've been a year and we really can't do this much longer.
