NOT RUDE – I just found the "Rude" review about my company and quite frankly, I am not sure who this person spoke to because my staff has standing orders for any current or potential customer who calls our office to be put directly through to me , or to be directed to call my cell phone if I am not in. RUDE! – I am not sure if it is just the people answering their phones but they could sure use and etiquette book! When I asked for the owner I was told he was never there and all they could give me was an email and he probably would not answer it. Maybe that is the problem. I took my kitchen remodel elsewhere.
