Dr. Eric himself is professional, caring, and attentive. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist, Trenise, was extremely disappointing. Her behavior was not only unprofessional for someone working at a medical front desk, but also disrespectful. She slammed the reception window in my face, and I overheard her referring to me as “nasty.” Patients deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially in a healthcare environment. Dr. Eschinger truly saved my life. During a routine colonoscopy, he noticed a small nodularity at the opening of my appendix. The initial biopsy came back benign, but he trusted his instincts and still wasn’t comfortable with how it looked, so he ordered a CT scan. When the scan report came back with no mention of the appendix, he didn’t let it go. He personally contacted the radiologist and pushed for another review because of what he had seen. Dr. Eschinger is a caring, talented doctor. He is top notch at diagnosing your problems. He kept in touch with me when I was sick while out of state. He goes above and beyond to help his patients.
