Turnover rate here for employees is really high. In the last 1 1/2 years they have had 3 different mechanics, 3 different inventory/warehouse employees. All of whom have been fired or forced to resign. While the manager Beau goes on 4 to 5 vacations a year and drinks beers while he should be getting work done and has unrealistic expectations of "his" employees.
