Unauthorized Work and Improper Charges Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I brought my car in for what was clearly stated as a FREE estimate. Without my authorization, they disassembled large portions of my vehicle before providing any estimate or obtaining my consent. I never approved any work. I was initially told I would only be charged around $100 to retrieve my car, but was later charged $557.50 without prior notice.
