Working with escarpment law group was such a pleasant experience! Both Amey and Karen were so helpful and always got back in a timely manner. Also got to meet with Brian and he was very thorough. We will definitely be using them for any future needs! Thank you!
We dealt with the law clerk Karen. From the beginning she was very rude and did not speak in terms that a regular person would understand. You could tell her sarcasm in every word. When the title transfer was sent it was missing a lot of information and instead of acknowledging it she forwarded on the correct one. Not a pleasant experience and very confusing.
I had a fantastic experience with Amey Hanna as my real estate lawyer. She was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and truly committed to making the process smooth. Her attention to detail and personal care gave me complete peace of mind. She went above and beyond, treating my transaction with the urgency and care as if it were her own. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated real estate lawyer.
I do not recommend using this office to assist with selling your home. We had a horrible experience with Amey Hannah. Find someone you can trust , that will care and follow up on issues that can arise , and see to it that the deal is accurate and completed in full. Unless you want to do all the follow up by yourself.
Amey did not follow through on making sure our buyers had the financing. We had already been told our buyers wanted a continuance as they did not have the financing July 30 even though they had since April 21 to get money. We gave them a continuous until August 13th. Amey did not follow up to make sure our buyers had the money until August 13th and then only after I called her did she get in touch with buyers.
